Mary J. Steuber PT, CST

Physical Therapist

After graduating from University of Missouri's Physical Therapy Program in 1990, I worked at Capital Region Medical Center. The focus of my practice as a PT is Craniosacral Therapy with children and adults. I became certified in Craniosacral Therapy at the techniques level through the Upledger Institute in 1999, and since then have had basic training and education in Somato-emotional release, visceral manipulation, and zero balancing. I was certified in manual lymphatic drainage therapy in 2003 though the Klose-Norton School. I am excited about being at Health Quest Physicians Group. I share in their commitment to provide alternative choices to healthcare which empower clients to take an active role in their healing.

 My husband Tim and I have been married 25 years. We both come from large families and have been blessed with three children, Madi, Brian, and Jesse. Our favorite family activity is snow skiing. I enjoy spending time with our family and quiet Saturday evenings in front of a fire with a book or a musical instrument.

Jessie Mathis, PTA, CKTP

Physical Therapist Assistant

I graduated from Linn State Technical College with an associates of applied science degree in physical therapy in 2009. I was certfied in Kinesio taping techniques in 2010 through the Kinesio Taping Association. I have been trained in taping methods for the entire body. I have also completed a course in cranio sacral therapy.

I was born and raised in Jefferson City. I have been at Health Quest since November 2009. I enjoy all outdoor activities, running, and dance. I am enjoying being a part of Health Quest and their combination of conventional and alternative medicine to treat the whole patient.
